At The Basement Renovators, we stand behind contractor-supplied workmanship and materials with a 5-year warranty, subject to the warranty terms and normal exclusions. We also carry $2 million in commercial general liability insurance for our renovation work.
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, client-supplied products, paint fading, normal settlement cracking or movement in tile and grout. We review any warranty concern based on the completed project scope and the applicable Alberta construction performance guidance.
